Foundry Collection — Cocktail Muddler | Matte Nickel & Black Walnut
PRESS. RELEASE. AROMA.
A cocktail muddler in matte nickel and black walnut. Pyramid-tooth head. Built to release flavor without destroying it.
Muddling isn't smashing. It's persuasion. You're asking the mint to release its oils, not punishing it.
A Mojito tastes like grass when you over-muddle. An Old Fashioned tastes bitter when you pulverize the orange peel. The RACWPUSE muddler is designed for precision — enough texture to release flavor, enough weight to do it in three presses, enough control to stop before you go too far.
Pyramid teeth. Not spikes.
The muddler head features 36 precision-machined pyramid teeth — 4mm tall, 6mm wide at the base. Not sharp enough to cut. Not dull enough to slide. They grip the mint leaf, crack the citrus peel, and crush the sugar cube without turning anything into pulp.
Each tooth is machined from solid stainless, then hand-deburred. No sharp edges. No trapped pulp. Just clean pressure, release after release.
Weight. Grip. Texture.
Walnut that fits your hand.
The handle is turned from a single piece of North American black walnut — dense, oily, and naturally resistant to moisture. Each piece has its own grain pattern, its own character. No two handles look alike.
We finish it with three coats of food-safe mineral oil, then buff to a satin sheen. It feels warm in your hand. It doesn't slip when wet. And it ages beautifully — darkening slightly with every drink you muddle.
The right pressure. Every time.
The pyramid teeth are spaced to grip without tearing. Press a mint leaf once — you release the oils. Press a lemon wedge — you extract the juice without grinding the bitter white pith. Press a sugar cube — it dissolves into the spirit cleanly.
The head is weighted so you don't need to push hard. Let the tool do the work. Your drink will taste the difference.
Numbers that matter.
Press. Twist. Release.
Made to muddle thousands of drinks.
— Use a soft brush to clear the pyramid teeth if needed
— Hand wash with mild soap
— Dry thoroughly, especially the wooden handle
— Re-oil the walnut twice a year with food-safe mineral oil
— Don't soak the wooden handle in liquid
— Don't use abrasive scrubbers on the pyramid teeth
— Don't use it to crack ice or hard objects
— Don't leave it sitting in citrus juice overnight
Measured. Verified.
"The difference between a good Mojito and a great one is three presses of a good muddler. Nothing more."
